How we run a project
The same five rules apply to a patch repair and to a full building.
- Written scope first. Every quote lists the work line by line, so you can compare it and so changes have a baseline.
- Permits in place before work starts. We confirm what the City of Calgary requires for your scope and apply for it.
- Inspections are milestones. No trade covers up work that has not passed its inspection.
- Photos of every hidden layer. Membranes, flashing, lath and framing are photographed before they are covered, and the photos go to you at handover.
- Changes are priced before they are built. You approve a written change order before any extra work begins.
